Fine Chemicals or Intermediates manufactured in house are marketed by the company directly to consumers who formulate the same in the form as required by them and float the same in their own brand name. These are further processed as per IP/BP/USP specifications. Presently we have envisaged on 13 intermediates which are as under

We are in negotiations with other Intermediate manufacturers for toll manufacturing of their products/intermediates and have identified a few who have been out sourcing their manufacturing requirements due to their own labor and equipment constraints. The surplus requirement of their products will be manufactured at our end and will be sold back to them on a mutually agreed upon costing figures.
This arrangement will keep our Production facility occupied all through the year.

This pertains in synthesizing molecules outsourced from MNCs /Principals abroad who outsource their R&D activities from India or China wherein we synthesize a desired molecule in the R&D , evaluate the quality aspects and send a sample abroad for the Principals approval.
Once the same is approved we enter into a buy back agreement with the Principals on a long lease. These are products which sell on low volumes but on a very high market value.
In the above mentioned activity we procure an advance payment in US$ for every operation, Be it R&D development or Scale-up and commercial production.
